In addition to routed signs we also offer V-grooved signs. With a v-grooved sign the sign blank is first primed, sanded then painted. Next a paint mask is applied to the sign face and your design is reverse cut into the face of the sign blank. The cut areas then are primed and painted a contrasting color from the background. When the paint mask is removed you are left with a beautifully painted v-grooved sign. Check back often as we'll be adding more images shortly.
